Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply only to all agreements between Ahlmann Nederland bv and the consumer concluded via the AhlmannShop. Our general terms and conditions of delivery and payment apply to our other services and deliveries.
2. The prices quoted by us are gross prices, including sales tax and based on delivery ex our warehouse/company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the purchase must always be paid in advance by iDeal or credit card.

5. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for the return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging must be returned to Ahlmann Nederland. To make use of this right, you can contact us via webshop@ahlmann.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
